D-Fend Solutions outlines why brute-force mitigation must give way to precise, software-centric technology and highlights rising market demand for foundational RF cyber solutions to protect urban environments and critical infrastructure without disrupting friendly drone traffic.
Read about how accurate drone identification strengthens counter-UAS operations by distinguishing authorized activity, assessing threats, and supporting risk-based responses.
Weaponized, commercial, and cartel-controlled drones rewrite the threat calculus at the border. HSToday’s 2026 Border Security Award for our EnforceAir reflects that RF-cyber counter-drone technology has become a proven, mission-critical capability for border security worldwide.
Legacy kinetic-and jamming-centric drone defenses can create dangerous operational disruptions and hazardous collateral risks. The feature showcases RF-cyber takeover technology as a superior approach for safely overcoming rogue drones and maintaining seamless venue continuity.

Tailored Operator Profiles for Secure C-UAS Operations
Not every operator in a counter-UAS operation should have the same level of authority. EnforceAir provides four predefined operator profiles:
Administrators manage system configuration, users, and permissions.
Enforcers have full operational authority to mitigate.
Fenders can monitor the situation and initiate appropriate Fend-Off action.
Monitors maintain complete situational awareness with view-only access and can configure protection plans, without the ability to initiate mitigation.
By limiting each user's access to the capabilities required for their role, organizations improve operational safety, reduce the risk of unauthorized actions, simplify training, and support secure, compliant drone defense operations.
Ehud Carmeli helps customers bring D-Fend Solutions' technology from deployment to mission-ready operation. As a Professional Services Engineer, he works closely with customers to integrate, optimize, and support EnforceAir in complex operational environments.
