D-Fend Solutions’ SKO 2025: Prevail in Prague and Thrive in ’25

What an incredible week it was at D-Fend Solutions’ 2025 Sales Kick-Off (SKO) in Prague! 

Our theme, “Prevail in Prague and Thrive in ’25,” came to life through three transformative days of strategic planning, collaboration, and celebration that set the tone for a groundbreaking year ahead.

A City of Inspiration

Prague, with its stunning blend of medieval charm and modern innovation, provided the perfect setting for our journey. The city’s cobblestone streets, iconic architecture, and vibrant energy mirrored our mission to bridge traditional defense systems with revolutionary counter-drone solutions. It was a fitting backdrop for envisioning the future of airspace security and the evolving Counter-UAS market.

Event Highlights: Beyond Business as Usual

The SKO agenda was packed with meaningful sessions designed to align our global team with the ambitious goals for 2025. It wasn’t just about presentations or numbers—it was about vision, storytelling, and empowering our people to thrive.

Key highlights included:

  • A comprehensive review of our impressive 2024 milestones, successes, and growth, setting the stage for the year ahead.

  • 2025 Product Roadmap showcasing EnforceAir2’s evolution and D-Fend’s commitment to future-ready counter-drone technology.
  • Sales and Pre-Sales Workshops with impact providing practical tools to help our customers address complex and escalating drone-related challenges across diverse environments.
  • Global territory and sector business reviews offering actionable insights into opportunities for growth as we aim to solidify our leadership in the counter-UAS market.

The SKO not only reflected on past successes and lessons learned but also set the stage for tackling future opportunities. The event unified our global teams with a shared vision, strengthening the collaboration that drives our success.

We were also honored to host customers who shared impactful case studies, showcasing how our solutions are making airspace safer and more secure. Their stories were an inspiring reminder of the meaningful impact we have on the world.

SKO Nights: Connection and Celebration

The SKO was about more than strategy—it was about fostering connection and celebration. Each evening offered a chance to experience Prague’s charm and strengthen team camaraderie. We took a scenic Vltava River cruise, taking in the stunning views of Prague’s landmarks, followed by a night at an iconic brewery, where we enjoyed a guided tour showcasing traditional beer-making techniques, followed by local food and entertainment with authentic Czech ambiance. Another night featured fine dining in one of Prague’s signature buildings. In between, we enjoyed spending time together and bonding as a team.

These moments of connection underscored the importance of teamwork, making the SKO not only productive but also deeply memorable.
